66, who passed away on June 1, 2026, following a brief illness. Keith was born on
August 17, 1959, in Johnson City, Tennessee.
Keith was a lifelong and faithful member of Harrison Christian Church, where he
attended from childhood. He had a passion for military history, photography, coaching
youth sports, auto racing, and cheering on his beloved Tennessee Volunteers. Anyone
who knew Keith will remember his signature wave and his remarkable knowledge of pop
culture. He delighted in sharing memorable quotes from the many movies he enjoyed
throughout his life.
A lifelong learner, Keith’s pursuit of knowledge led him to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Management and Leadership from Kennedy-Western University. He took
great pride in his work and approached every position with dedication and integrity.
Keith was a respected leader who inspired those around him and was always willing to
lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
Above all else, Keith treasured his family and friends. He is survived by his brother,
David (Kay) Laws of Hoschton, Georgia; his aunt, Jean Hughes of Jonesborough,
Tennessee; his cousin, Sheri (Whitney) Riddle and their children; as well as several
other cherished family members and friends.
