Patricia Kitzmiller Guinn

Mrs. Patricia Kitzmiller Guinn, age 76, of Gray, passed away at her

residence, surrounded by her family.

She was born in Kingsport TN, to the late Herman and Mildred Cox

Kitzmiller.

Pat had worked at Eastman in data entry, owned her own cleaning

business so she would have more time to raise her children, worked

for Southern Treasures and was part of the Appalachian Fair, where

she has been helping out for over 35 years, she was also on their

board of directors for several years.

Pat was fiercely and wholly devoted to her family. The epitome of

motherhood. She created a home that was, and continues to be the

gathering place for all. Comfort, acceptance, and home-cooked meals

were always abundant.

Pat poured her love and her love of Jesus into everyone she met.

The ripple created by the force of her love will travel through

generations.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, David I. Guinn, children

Aaron Guinn and wife Tonya, Emily Guinn Abram and husband

Stephen; grandchildren, Liam Guinn, Henry Guinn, Emma Abram,

and Jacob Abram, one brother, Dail Kitzmiller, and wife, Kim, cousin

and lifelong friend Donna Walker, and several cousins, nieces and

nephews.

The family would like to say a special thank you to all who came by,

brought food, and helped in any way. There were too many to name,

but you know who you are. Also, a special thanks to Amedisys

Hospice for their caring and kindness during her illness. Thank You.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026 6:00

PM at Cross Roads Christian Church with Dr. David Guinn officiating.

The family will receive family and friends from 4:30 to 6:00 PM prior

to the service.
