Lucy Moore

Mrs. Lucy Easterly Moore, age 93, of Jonesborough, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at the Johnson City Medical Center.

Mrs. Moore was born in Greene County, Tennessee, to the late Elbert and Bessie Clemmons Easterly. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Harold Moore, two brothers, Quincy and Tom Easterly, and one sister, Wanda Anderson.

Lucy was a member of Douglas Chapel United Methodist Church; she had attended Telford United Methodist Church. She graduated from Greeneville High School in 1949, and retired from SEARS after 40 years.

Survivors include, two nieces, cousins. and special friends Charles and Edna Cash.

Graveside services will be Saturday May 2, 2026 in Sulphur Springs Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Cole officiating.
