Lee Roy McKinney Sr, 64, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Lee Roy was the son of the late Roman and Barbara (Boggs) McKinney, Sr. He was also preceded in death by Christopher, Amanda, and Andrew. And grandchild Amanda Marie.
He was a retired truck driver and loved playing golf and watching westerns.
Survivors include his loving wife, Barbara Hicks McKinney; sons, Lee Roy McKinney Jr. and wife Misty; and Kenneth McKinney; grandchildren, Lee Roy McKinney III, Damine McKinney, and Kristopher McKinney; brothers and sister, Rosey Davis, Becky Holt, Roman McKinney Jr., Earl McKinney and Norman McKinney.
The family will have a private memorial service.
