Jodie Lee Rasnake

Jodie Lee Rasnake, born on June 17, 1987, passed away at the age of 36, in her home on Friday, December 15, 2023. Jodie, an authentic cowgirl with a profound love for horses, approached life with an infectious laugh and held her family and friends close to her heart.
Jodie is preceded in death by her grandparents, Joe & Myrt Hayes; Grandmother, Peggy Godsey; and uncle Stacy Hayes.
She is survived by her cherished son, Sutton Hayes Jones; to whom she devoted unparalleled love. Her memory is carried on by her parents, Greg and Lisa Rasnake; sister Nakeshia (Nick) Kinsler; aunts, Donna (Chris) Sexton, and Tracy Hayes; as well as her special nieces Shayna and Shyla. Jodie's godmother, Penny Light, and numerous cherished cousins and friends also join in mourning her passing.
A Graveside Service, honoring Jodie, is scheduled at Cherry Hill Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 2 p.m., with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The service will be led by Wesley Light.
