Mrs. Jacoba Devon Shaw (Coby), age 57, of Gray, TN, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2026 due to cancer and Acute Liver Failure.
Coby was born in Hampton, VA to Jacob and Rebecca Seaton.
Coby was a dedicated wife and mother. She loved teaching the piano to younger students and enjoyed interior decorating as a side business. Her main focus was always loving God, her home and church family. She displayed a gift of hospitality at their home and had a gift of making everyone feel loved and welcome.
Survivors include her husband Isaac Shaw and three grown children, Noriah, Jaden and Isaiah Shaw, all located in the Tri-cities area.
Funeral service will be held at His Presence Church located at 1030 Old Boones Creek Rd., Jonesborough TN 37659, on Tuesday September 15, 2026 at 10 am.
No grave side service will be held, however, Coby will be laid to rest at the Seaton Burial Plot, Middle Creek Cemetery, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863.
