Iva Cox

Mrs. Iva Cox, age 90, of Jonesborough, passed away at Four Oaks Health Care.

Iva was born in Kingsport, Tennessee, to the late Thomas and Nola Smith Cox, She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ed Cox; son Mike Cox; brothers and sisters, Fred Cox, Donald Cox, Wayne Cox, Veda Crawford (Raymond), and Ruth Hill (Gerald).

Iva retired from Washington County Food Services. She attended Bethany Baptist Church as her health allowed.

Survivors include two sons, Robert Cox, and Tom Cox; grandchildren, Lindsey and Taylor; and two great-grandchild; one sister, Elizabeth Bible, and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.

Graveside service will be Monday August 24, 2026 2:00PM in Pond Cemetery, those wishing to go in procession meet at Funeral Home, 1776 Hwy 11-E Jonesborough, by 1:00PM.
