Gary Harvey

Mr. Gary Ray Harvey, age 66, Jonesborough, Passed away Thursday, August 8, 2024, unexpectedly.

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Harvey, son, Gatlin and wife Meaghan Harvey, daughter, Ariel and husband Cody Meadows, grandchildren, Layton, Riley, Melody, and Paul Lee; father Bill Harvey, sisters, Regina Sells (Ron), and Jennifer Arencibia (Jesus), sisters-in-law, Paula Hise (Jeff), and Lila Parker (Ronnie). He was also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Harvey loved spending time with his grandchildren and going fishing. He enjoyed Bible Studies with his Church Family.

Mr. Harvey was a Medical Technician having worked at Ballad Health for 25 years, he had worked in the heart lab and after going back to school in Louisville, KY. he was a Laser Technician.

He was a native of Washington County, born in Johnson City to Bill Harvey and the late Barbara Miller Harvey. He was also preceded in death by his brother Darren Harvey.

A Celebration of Life Services will be Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at Boones Creek Union Church on Cherokee Road with Minister Justin Davis officiating.
