Debbie McKee, 55, of Telford, passed away Monday, September 30, 2024. Debbie was born November 13, 1968, to parents, Dorothy and Gary McKee in Johnson City, Tennessee.
Debbie lived her life the best way she knew how – untamed and full of spirit. She could often be found driving the backroads of Telford, with her favorite classic rock and oldie tunes blaring through the wind.
She enjoyed riding horses and spending time with her family and friends. Debbie, just like her father, could recite every western movie made word by word.
Debbie is preceded in death by her father, Gary McKee. She is survived by her son, Dylan Carver; her mother, Dorothy McKee; her grandson, Scheid Carver; her sisters, Lisa (Joe) Shell and Janice McKee; her nieces, Presley McKee and Julia (Chase) Austin; and her nephew, David (Chelsea) Shell.
The family will receive family and friends Thursday October 3, 2024 from 5:00 -7:00 PM at Jonesborough Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Friday October 4, 2024 11:00 AM at New Victory Methodist Cemetery with Pastor Jeremey Dykes officiating. Pallbearers will be Butch Carver, David Shell, James Briggs, Alston McCurry, Buddy Arrowood, and Jason Byas.
