Charlotte Spencer

Charlotte Spencer, 55, of Piney Flats, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday morning, September 4, 2024 at the home of her daughter, surrounded by her family after a lengthy illness. She was born to Annie (Rogers) Smith and the late Author Smith in Washington County, TN. Charlotte loved the Lord, spending time at church, and spending time with her family, she also enjoyed yard sales.

In addition to her mother, Charlotte is survived by her daughters, Ashley Wallace (Tommy), Mary McKee (Toby); grandchildren, Isaiah, Cayson, Paisley McKee and Bailee Wallace; brother, Terry Smith (Sandy); special cousins, Amy and Jeffery King; along with several nieces and nephews.

The Spencer family will receive friends on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at Jonesborough Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. - 2 p.m. A Graveside Service will follow at Bumpass Cove Cemetery with Pastor Gary Whitehead officiating.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Wallace, Toby McKee, Terry Smith, Jeffery King, Isaiah McKee and Cayson McKee.
