Mr. Anthony Chet Laws, age 64, Jonesborough, passed away Wednesday August 20, 2025 at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Anthony was born in Johnson City to the late Stan Laws and Edith Booher Luster. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Barbara Hopson and Joan Pealer, three brothers, Tony Taylor, Merle Laws, and Roy Luster.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Laws, two sisters, Debra Mills and Melody Laws; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service for Mr. Laws will be Saturday, August 23, 2025, 2:30 PM at Calvary Baptist Church, 515 Hart Drive, Johnson City, TN 37604, with Pastor Jim Chapman officiating. The family will receive family and friends from 1:00 to 2:30 PM prior to the service.
Graveside will follow at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Jonesborough, TN. Pall Bearers will be family and friends.
